FilmIQ is a software product operated by SeaWraps LLC. These terms cover the SeaWraps LLC SMS program and the use of FilmIQ.

SMS Terms of Service

SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase, of submitting our service-request form, or of receiving any service. Customers may submit the form without checking the SMS consent box, in which case SeaWraps LLC will respond by email or phone instead.

By providing your phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our web form, you agree to receive SMS messages from SeaWraps LLC related to your appointments, estimates, invoices, and service updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties.

Your consent is recorded at the time of form submission and stored securely.

Service terms

Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; FilmIQ and SeaWraps LLC limit liability to amounts paid for the applicable service.

You agree not to misuse the site or submit unlawful content. Disputes are governed by the laws of your state of residence unless federal law applies.

These terms may change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
