This Privacy Policy describes the practices of SeaWraps LLC, which operates FilmIQ (our internal CRM software) and runs the SMS program described on the SMS Consent page.

SeaWraps LLC collects the information you provide (name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service requests, and message history) to deliver customer service for automotive film, tint, and wrap work, including quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and transactional SMS updates.

SMS Communications

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the form, request a quote, or receive service. The SMS consent box on our service-request form is unchecked by default. Customers who do not check the box can still submit the form and will be contacted by email or phone instead.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from SeaWraps LLC, you agree to receive transactional and customer-care messages related to your service requests. These may include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, job status updates, estimates, invoices, and pickup notifications. SeaWraps LLC does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.

SeaWraps LLC does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties for marketing. No mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in data, and consent records) is shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.

When you opt in to SMS messages from us, we collect and retain the following:

• The date, time, and source URL of the form where you provided opt-in consent.
• Records of messages we send and receive on your behalf, used for delivery confirmation, customer service, and audit.
