SMS Messaging & Consent
SeaWraps LLC operates FilmIQ. This page describes the SMS program operated by SeaWraps LLC.
SeaWraps LLC sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, drop-off/pickup readiness, job status updates, and two-way customer support. No marketing or promotional messages.
How customers opt in
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, of submitting the service-request form, or of receiving any service. The SMS consent checkbox on the form is unchecked by default. Customers who do not check the box can still submit the form and request a quote — SeaWraps LLC will simply respond by email or phone instead. Customers who do check the box are added to the SMS opt-in list and will receive transactional updates about their service.
Exact consent disclosure shown on the form (checkbox unchecked by default, optional):
- Opt-in occurs only when a customer voluntarily checks the consent box on the SeaWraps LLC service-request form, OR when a customer initiates an inbound text to a SeaWraps LLC phone number.
- Customers may submit the service-request form without checking the SMS consent box; the form does not require consent to submit.
- Message frequency varies based on service activity.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Phone numbers are used only for SeaWraps LLC service communication. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties under any circumstances, including for marketing or promotional purposes.
