SMS MESSAGING & CONSENT

Messages are sent by participating automotive film shops using FilmIQ for appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, drop-off/pickup readiness, job status updates, and two-way support. No marketing or promotions.

Opt-in methods: (1) Web forms that include an unchecked consent checkbox the customer must actively select; consent is not a condition of purchase. (2) Customers texting the shop to request SMS updates.

Message frequency varies based on service activity.
